Hello Kitty Tokidoki Cactus Vinyl Sticker Peel and Stick Review

I got my sticker today and at first I loved it, it was so adorable. Then, I got it out of the plastic bag thing it was in and my love for it went down hill. This sticker is not vinyl even though it says it is on the items description,it's not. The quality of this sticker will not last on a car window ,the reason I got it, because its simply just a picture printed on sticker paper almost like regular printing paper with sticky on the back. I got it to put on my car window but if I put it on there the way it is it won't last a minute Im gonna have to put a laminate sticker over it so it will last longer. Overall the sticker is just adorable but the quality kinda sucks.
UPDATE CONTACTED SELLER ABOUT THIS CRAP THEIR RESPONSE " The design/coloring is applied to the material, so it may just seem like it's not vinyl" BELOW IS THE WHOLE CONVERSATION!!!!

Most of the decals we make are vinyl, if this is not vinyl, it was listed incorrectly by mistake. I've removed the item from our inventory until I can confirm. The design/coloring is applied to the material, so it may just seem like it's not vinyl. I will get back to you later today.

Theres no "it may seem like it's not vinyl" to it, it's not vinyl at all Im not an idiot I know what vinyl is!!! Vinyl with adhesive is not the same as PAPER with adhesive and clearly the so called vinyl sticker you sold me that was suppose to be made to last on a car window wouldn't last a minute on a three ring binder because it is in fact PAPER adhesive not vinyl. Vinyl is a type of plastic like material it's not paper.

After that they did not reply, they tried to make me look like an idiot by telling me this crap was vinyl when clearly it's paper!!! anybody with a brain could tell the difference between vinyl and paper their nothing alike. If the people who sold me this really think that the sticker is vinyl they must be pretty effin stupid!!!!!!!!!
