Not a single issue with application. It stuck properly, and the clear plastic separated without complaint! The easiest way to install this is to get two pieces of blue painters tape, stick two pieces where you want to apply the decal, peel a 1-2" portion of the backing paper off, and slowly start peeling the backing away. The purpose of the masking tape is so the decal stays where you want it to stay. You could probably skip this step, but I found it easier to line it up once and keep it that way. Once you peel the backing away and it's sticking to the window grab something flat and flexible and start pushing the down from the center to make sure everything is sticking properly. After that start peeling off the clear application layer, take your time here, if you go too fast you could easily pull a letter back off of the window since the adhesive hasn't fully stuck yet.
