I received the package, the measurements were not as listed, missing 2 squared foot.
I emailed and spoke to Auto Barn on the phone, they were not pleased but they told me to send it back if not pleased with item. I asked for a return paid label and they sent me one electronically.I sent the returned merchandise back today and now awaiting my credited refund.
Auto Barn received return July 15th, 2011.
Just received an email July 16th, 2011 Auto barn states they have 10 working business days to finish out their return transaction.
It is July 18th, contacted GE money Amazon.com..They responded I need to talk to Amazon about issues. Amazon says they sent several emails to GE but GE says they have not heard of any issues.
I am starting to wonder about all the parties involved....
After hounding Amazon and GE money lender I finally got my 88 dollars credit returned, they never credited my 92 dollars they placed on hold for an item that was canceled, the item was canceled right away when I found out it was on back hold-out of stock.
Be careful what you buy and who you buy it from in here, think about whether or not your willing to lose money or credit on an item you might have to cancel for what ever reason.
